Privacy
This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens with the personal data you share with OleXpat.
What the contact form collects
When you write to the practice through the contact form, the message includes the fields you fill in: your name, email address, nationality, the country you currently live in, what you are planning and, optionally, a free-text message.
Why it is used
The data is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, where it leads to one, preparing a proposal for legal services.
The legal basis is your consent and, where the enquiry leads to engagement, pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are then deleted or anonymised unless a legal obligation requires keeping them.
Who it is shared with
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. This website currently sets no third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data at any time by writing to info@olexpat.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority.
Payments
Payments on this website are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you are redirected to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe; card details are entered there and are never seen, processed or stored by OleXpat.
OleXpat stores only the payment status and the references needed to issue your invoice. No Stripe scripts or cookies are loaded on this website before you choose to pay. Only the data needed to process the payment and issue a legally valid invoice is shared with Stripe.
If a Chinese translation of this page differs in interpretation from the Spanish or English legal text, the original legal texts applicable by law and the formal engagement documents prevail.
